I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who focuses on helping adults cope with stress and anxiety in all its forms I am passionate about helping clients explore and understand how and why life started to feel so unmanageable, and learn to take back control
What I do I use an eclectic approach that combines both psychodynamic and cognitive therapy. No matter which modality is used, I strive to make therapy a place where clients can feel comfortable talking about anything.
Treatment focuses include
Anxiety reduction including treating panic, phobias, social anxiety, OCD, and managing chronic worry or stress
Adjustment to life changes and stressors such as divorce, parenting, retirement, work life changes, chronic illness, and caregiving

I am a Master's level Licensed Clinical Social Worker with post-graduate training in CBT and over 20 years of experience as a private practitioner.
